Zab's Classic 9-Pin
Named for Jack "Zab" Zaborac, our 9-Pin No-Tap tournament is a Kent Bowl institution — knock down 9 or more and it counts as a strike. Singles and doubles, real prize funds, and a loyal crowd that comes back season after season.

How the tournament works
Zab's Classic runs as a monthly 9-pin no-tap event leading to a final tournament. Handicap keeps it fair across skill levels — 100% of 410 for doubles and 100% of 210 for singles — so newer bowlers can compete with veterans.
To be eligible for the final tournament on April 11, 2026, bowlers must have bowled at least three months by March 21, 2026. Full payout percentages, progressive pots, triplicate cash awards, random-score awards and strike-pot rules are spelled out in the official rules sheet.
Kent Bowl reserves the right to re-rate or refuse any entry. Rules and dates subject to change — confirm with the front desk.
